Who We Are
A Family Business Born from Personal Experience
Lifeline Mobile & Care Solutions was founded by a family who struggled to find a truly suitable phone for their elderly grandmother. Every device they tried was either too complicated, too fragile, or simply not fit for purpose.
So we set out to change that. From our physical shop at 14 Edgehill Road, Bournemouth, Dorset, BH9 2PQ, we source, test, and sell mobile phones that genuinely work for older adults — devices that are simple, safe, and dignified.
We are not an online-only drop-shipper. We are a UK-based business with a real address, real accountability, and a genuine commitment to our customers.
